Her recent work focuses on designing experiences for customers in vulnerable circumstances. During this time, she has explored the field of consumer duty and its role in enhancing customer experience design.
She centres her work around people and dedicates time to coaching her clients and peers, a practice that comes naturally due to her academic background. Yasemin holds a Ph.D. in User-centred Design and an MSc in Design Innovation Management from Loughborough University.
