Emmelle uses qualitative research methodologies and tools, an empathy-led approach, and a balance of tactical and strategic thinking to support clients across industries. She has built out skills in experience framework design, persona design, usability testing, heuristic analysis, A/B testing, card sorting, questionnaire design, futures techniques and data analysis and presentation.
Emmelle has been able to blend these research skills with core consulting experience built out from her time within EY FSO, including digital transformation strategy, process mapping, programme management, stakeholder management and competitor analysis.
